AzureArchives ("the Service") is a web-based collections management platform operated by Azure Enterprises LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each tenant account is managed by its designated administrator. You must provide accurate information when registering.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You may export your data at any time using the built-in export tools.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to upload content that violates applicable laws. Each tenant's data is isolated; attempting to access another tenant's data is prohibited.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will provide reasonable notice before planned maintenance. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
After the free trial period, continued use requires an active subscription. Pricing is as displayed on our website. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price changes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will have 30 days to export your data before your account is deactivated. We will not delete your data without notice.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address on your account at least 30 days in advance.
